Based in Portland, OR, SHELDON SABBATINI is a director of stills and motion for Portrait, Sports and Sports-Lifestyle clients worldwide. Knowing there is no single tool or way to make images, Sheldon is constantly experimenting, creating images that are dynamic, well crafted, powerful, and engaging. His goal is to deliver images that tell the important stories his clients need to communicate each project is an opportunity to break outside the box. Sheldon sees his clients as creative collaborators in the act of storytelling. His number one goal is to ensure that clients get the imagery they need – and even more. Compelling, revealing, authentic and inspiring, his work ranges from the exhilarating, instinctual run-and- gun assignments to detailed, complex, highly orchestrated productions. Either way, he delivers images that cannot be ignored. Sheldon lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife and family and spends his free time camping and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Having grown up as a shy, quiet kid, I was stunned to discover that my personal style is so loud! I am particularly drawn to bold colors, lines, geometry, and patterns. Heavily inclined toward a modern aesthetic, I tell visual stories with clean compositions and an authenticity that helps bring your brand to life and connect more deeply with your followers. My work is a great fit for passion-driven businesses and those who aim to make their customers’ lives brighter, happier, and more energetic and fun.
You can almost always find me in a comfy chair sipping on a good latte from a local cafe—or homemade, if I’m working in. You’ll know me by my bright pink hair and well-worn jeans.
